Directions to the Wawecus Medical Center:
- From points north of Norwich; take 395 South, exit 82, go straight through the traffic light onto Wawecus Street. Go straight through the stop sign. Wawecus Medical Center is the first building on the right.
- From points south of Norwich: take 395 north, exit 82, turn left@ light onto West Town Street and left again at the next traffic light, onto Wawecus Street. Go straight through the stop sign. Wawecus Medical Center is the first building on the right.
- From Hartford area; take Route 2 east, exit 27 to Yantic, At 1st light turn right onto Otrobando Avenue to the stop sign, turn right onto Wawecus St. and we are in the 1st building on the right.

Insurance Information:
We participate in several insurance plans.
Please call the office to see if we are participating with your carrier.
You are required to bring your insurance cards and your co-pay to each visit (by cash, check, Mastercard, VISA or American Express). It is also your responsibility to obtain a referral from your primary care physician if your plan requires it. If the referral has not been obtained, your appointment will be rescheduled. We will be happy to assist you in preparing and submitting the claim to your insurance company. If you do not have insurance coverage, payment in full is expected at the time of your visit. Accounts delinquent over 90 days without explanation or payment arrangements will be turned over to a collection agency.
New Patient Visits: First Time Office Visit
Please arrive 20 minutes early for your first appointment to allow enough time to complete the necessary insurance and patient registration forms. Also, please bring the following items: a)A list of your current medications, including dosage and frequency, b)Your past medical records, including any test results, studies or films, c)The name, address and telephone number of any physicians who may have provided care for you in the past, d)Your insurance card(s) and social security number. New patients can expect to be at our office approximately 1 hour, although times may vary. We'll try to let you know in advance if we anticipate your visit to be longer. Please give 24 hours notice if you must cancel your appointment.
